• 태양전지(Photovoltaic cells)의 중요한 기본 측정 요수, short circuit current (Isc), current density (Jsc), open circuit voltage (Voc), fill factor (ff), maximum output power (Pmax), cell efficiency (η) , Rs(Series resistance), Rsh(shunt resistance)등을 측정할 수 있어야 한다.
• 연구자의 Cell Type에 따라 요구되는 최대 Isc 값을 기준으로 관련 Data 측정 장비(SourceMeter)를 선정해야 한다. Newport/Oriel 에서는 기본 1A 에서 5A Current 를 측정할 수 있는 장비를 채택하고 있으며, OMA 는 사용자의 요구에 따라 10A Solution 도 제공하고 있다.
